1. It would be advisable for you to establish the covering L/C as early as possible so as to enable us to arrange shipment in due time.
请尽快开立信用证以便我们能够及时安排装船。
2.We are unable to effect shipment according to the price and other terms originally agreed upon owing to the delay of your L/C, and therefore the responsibility for any loss arising subsequently will wholly rest with you.
由于您信用证的延误,我们已无法按原定的价格与其他条件装船出货,因此,任何最终造成的损失将由您承担。
3.We agree to your request to insure the shipment for 110% of the invoice value,but the premium for the difference between 110% and 130% should be for your account.
我们同意您的要求按发票金额的110%投保,110%与130%之间的保费差额由您承担。(注:110%好像是130% 的笔误)
4.In consideration of the friendly relations between us, we are, as an exceptional case, prepared to accept payment for your trial order on a D/P basis.
考虑我们俩的友好关系,我们将特例接受您以付款交单的方式支付试订单的货款。
5.The chidf difficulty in accepting your orders now is the heavy backlog of commitments. But you may rest assured that as soon as we are able to accept new orders, we shall give priority or preference to yours.
我们难于接受您的订单主要原因是我们现有很多积压订单。不过请您放心,一旦我们能够接新定单,您的订单将会获得优先处理。
6.We regret our inability to make any arrangement contrary to our usual practice, which is payment by confirmed, irrevocable L/C payale against presentation of shipping documents and valid for at least 10 days beyond the promised date of shipment.
我们收取货款的惯例是要求保兑的、不可撤消的、见票即付的信用证,有效期为约定装船日后十天;很遗憾我们没有能力作出与之相反的安排。
7.The premium varies with the extent of insurance. Should additional risks be covered, the extra premium would be for buyers'account.
保费是根据投保的范围决定。如果需要附加险,额外的保费将由买方支付。
