Abstract
The microprocessor controlled brushless DC motor speed control system for electric bicycles and other small power. Because it is compared with the traditional brush DC motor has the following advantages: long life, maintenance-free, high reliability.
This thesis from the system requirements analysis to start with, the whole system is divided into four parts, to analyze and discuss the various parts of the circuit theory, control strategy implementation. Discussed in detail a variety of conditions and signal transduction, and the working status of various parts of the system in different working conditions. Various parts of the system control circuit control chip based on Intel's 8051. Pulse width of the PWM control, implemented according to the characteristics of permanent magnet brushless DC motor and speed sensor measuring speed dynamic eight out digital tube display speed, hardware and software with the entire system design requirements.
