In the recent years, as technology advances, a new type of dictionary in the form of electronic dictionary has appeared in the market and is beginning to take over the place of book dictionary among students.
Some of the reasons to why the electronic dictionaries are so popular are: firstly, they are much lighter than the original design of books, a normal dictionary as easily be as long as over 1000 pages, therefore its weight and size make it much less portable as compared to the electronic dictionaries which weigh less than 100 grams and can be as small as a wallet; moreover, the electronic dictionaries usually have a large storage capacity that stores many copies of dictionaries of different usage in the one same machine, that makes an electronic dictionary a much more tool when it comes to checking data. However, there are certain disadvantages to electronic dictionaries too. For example, a electronic dictionary is much more expensive than a book dictionary, therefore it is not financially affordable to everyone. Also, staring at the screen for a long time usually causes eye problems which never happen with book dictionary.
However, I believe that the skills and technology will eventually perfect the problems with electronic dictionaries and make them a even better choice.

Title: College Life
People always ask me how life is in the college, and I always tell them, that life in college is great.
Compared with the days in senior high school, when we were tortured with test papers from all subjects ranging from Math to Physics to English and having to prepare for the senior high school leaving examination, life in college is much more relax and peaceful. Firstly, I don’t have to worry about not being able to enter a university anymore, and I find the learning environment here much more different from senior high school. In college, school work is not too stressful and we have a rather loose lesson schedule, learning is done in a friendly manner and we are able to enjoy the lessons taught much better now. Besides studies, we have much more free time now. I always go out with my friends to play some basketball.
But certainly, although the pressure from senior school leaving examination is not anymore, I understand that learning has not come to a stop yet. I still have a long way to go and I am prepared to face any new challenges in study or life here.
