be diagnosed as 与be diagnosed with, 区别?

实际使用上往往无法分清（其实汉语里也是这样的，说一个人是“神经病”和说一个人是“神经病患者”是一样的），但如果仔细抠的话还是有点差别的：

1. He was diagnosed as having cancer.

2. The cause of death at the time was diagnosed as ‘cerebral disease’.

3. He was diagnosed with a mental disorder.

能理解了吧？如果用diagnose as，那么前面是人，后面也是人，前面是病，后面也是病；如果用diagnose with，那么前面是人，后面是病。（但我查了一些语料库，混用的情况也很多，上面说的是最严格的规则）
