1.rain 是不可数名词，所以要用单数does，不能用do

cloud是可当可数名词，也可当不可数名词，这里的the clouds就是表示云的复数形式
2.it 指代上句的the vapour，（特指）因为是第三人称单数所以 come from要加s。It comes from the water 是典型的主谓宾的句型，in the river做the water的后置定语，修饰the water。
3.像1.讲到的那样，这里的cloud是不可数名词，所以用单数形式

the 加在名词前表示特指或者一类事物！这里没有强调特指所以用的是vpour的不可数形式！
