My neighbour is not a very friendly man. Judging from his appearance, he looks really nice and polite. However this is far from the truth. He has a habit of listening to music at midnight, and he turns the music up really loud. What's more, he likes washing clothes at midnight till early in the morning. And god, his dog is exactly just like him, very unfriendly. I feel shivers down my spine whenever i see the dog.
I did try to talk to my neighbour about this before, he said he would do something , but he never did really try to improve the situation. I have been thinking of relocating, and when I get to live near a nice/good neighbour,I will tell you about it.
