Bored pile with deep into the rock soil into, can, rigidity, high bearing capacity of pile shaft and little deformation, convenient for underwater construction etc, and has been widely applied to engineering construction .With the application of the cast-in-place pile is expanding and how to ensure the engineering quality becomes the main problem .
Although bored pile construction is increasingly perfect, but often due to improper management process, lax, breaking pile, plugging tube, clip the clay, and honeycomb, less fills and so on quality problems occur frequently. Therefore, use of scientific construction technology, strengthen the process control to ensure the engineering quality is very important.
This article through the combined with the practice in liuyang river bridge I experience this technology bored pile construction, inductive quality control points, summarizes common quality problem, analyze the quality the cause of the accident, studies the corresponding countermeasures, find out the quality control of the way, so as to ensure the quality of bored pile construction.
