一、本证由重庆市教育委员会套印和区县、（自治县，市）教育行政主管部门鉴印方能生效。
This certificate will be effective once identified and sealed by both the Administration Director of Educational Committee in ChongQin City and its borough.
二、毕业成绩中，必修科目政治、语文、数学、外语、物理、化学、生物、历史、地理、信息技术和劳动技术成绩分为优、良、及格和不及格四个等级；体育成绩分为及格、不及格两等，物理实验，化学实验、生物实验、分为合格、不合格两等；必选课只记合格不合格两等；选修课只记载选秀与否。
In the graduate achievement, the required courses include Politics,Chinese, Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Information Technology and Labor Technique which is with four classes,say,excellent,fine,pass and failure. The grade of the physical education are pass and failure. As to the physical experiment,chemistry experiment and biology experiment, their grades are eligibility and disqualification. The grades of the essential courses are eligibility and disqualification. The elective courses only make records as excellent or not.
