这个主要是quite,very,much修饰用法。
quite delicious, Flying is quite the best best way to travel.
I’m quite better now.
that won't be necessary much longer.
You'd be so much happier if you could see yourself the way I see you...
She's much better today.
Nikolai's English was much the worst.
that won't be necessary any longer.
I couldn't run any faster.
Is your father feel any better?

The last of these reasons is by far the most important.
Amy is the smartest by far.
比如“many more people”很多其他的人。它的后面加上可数名词复数,实际上是这样一种用法:more可以置于数词或者any,some,no,a few,a little,many,much的后面,表示另外的、附加的、超过的。
①Some students are against the plan, but many more support it.
② We have many more left.
①The farmers have produced much more rice.
②She has much more to do.
many more不可能修饰形容词和副词,而much more和far more, even more, still more 等一样,可以修饰形容词和副词,表示“更加”。
eg. ①This TV set is much more expensive. ②He worked much more carefully on the new design.
8.a lot、lots
I am feeling a lot better today.
I eat lots less than I used to do.
9.a great deal、still、even修饰比较级
This time he drove a good deal faster.
He knew a great deal more than I did.
Are you feel well now?-Even worse.
It rained even harder.
-----------still(还要,要)
It is still colder today than yesterday.
The next day was warmer still.
10.almost、mostly、very、nearly
this is the very best.
the very lowest price.
例如:he says he is_____able to do that.不能填very。
